This matha, which is spread over the bank of the Tungabhadra River, has a very ancient lineage of pontiffs. In this matha, there are prominent temples of Rudrakshimantapa, Lakshmi Narasimha, and Ganesha. In this temple, there is only a sanctum sanctorum, and on the pedestal in the middle, there are feet, and there is a Shiva linga on the forehead of the entrance door. Around it, there are three arches made of brick and clay on the mantapa, which has square pillars. There is a sculpture of a devotee with an Anjali stamped, which is about one foot high, in front of the matha.
